How We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Pallas Cozy offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. Most orders are delivered within 8–14 business days after processing, depending on destination, product availability, fulfillment location, customs processing, and carrier performance.

We also offer 30-day returns on eligible items, because finding your perfect cozy piece should feel simple.
