We want you to love every Pallas Cozy piece. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help make the return process simple.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging, when applicable

Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, some items are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:

Items marked as final sale

Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Items returned without approval or outside the return window
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at pallascozy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and send return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for eligible approved returns.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or return instructions by email.
Please pack your item securely with all original tags and packaging before dropping it off at the authorized shipping location listed in your return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2–3 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or item?
Please email us at pallascozy@gmail.com, and we will help arrange an exchange when available.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we can help you return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at pallascozy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at pallascozy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
